Fruit Dip

juice of 1 lime
cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
cup light whipped topping
assorted fruit; bananas, strawberries, kiwi, Asian pears, melo

Directions:
1. Roll the lime between the palm of your hand and the cutting board for a few seconds.
2. Cut the lime in half and juice the lime.
3. Add the yogurt, whipped topping, and lime juice to a small mixing bowl, and fold together gently.
4. Dip in your favorite fruit. Try: strawberries, bananas, kiwi and mandarin oranges. You did it! Yum!
