¼ cup rice vinegar
2 Tablespoons sugar
red pepper flakes (optional)
1. Using a paring knife or vegetable slicer, slice the cucumber into thin slices.
2. Sprinkle with salt and press out excess water from the cucumber.
3. In a small mixing bowl add the vinegar and sugar and stir until dissolved.
4. Gently fold in the cucumber slices.
5. Serve with sprouts and a few red pepper flakes. You did it! Yum!
